Our 3-Step Path to Relief

Expect a hands-on, fun, and supportive staff from day one. This is a space where everyone is welcome. We can’t wait to work with you!

1) The "No-Pitch" Evaluation

Your first visit is about answers, not a sales pitch. We perform a thorough clinical evaluation to uncover the root cause of your discomfort. You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of what’s happening and a custom plan designed specifically for your recovery.

2) Immediate, Targeted Care

We don't believe in waiting to feel better. Once we have a plan, we move straight into targeted adjustments to provide immediate relief. This stage is focused on reducing inflammation, restoring basic mobility, and quieting your pain so you can get back to your day.

3) Adaptive Recovery

Every body responds differently, so your care should never be "one-size-fits-all." We continuously monitor how your spine and nervous system react to treatment, adapting our techniques in real-time to ensure you reach your peak health and stay there.

Still have questions? Take a look at the FAQ or reach out anytime. If you’re feeling ready, go ahead and request an appointment. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • Your first visit is a "No-Pitch" Evaluation focused entirely on discovery. We perform a clinical exam to understand the root cause of your pain; once we have a clear diagnosis and have discussed your custom care plan, we typically perform your first adjustment that same day so you can start feeling relief immediately.

  • Chiropractic adjustments are non-invasive and remarkably safe when performed by a board-certified professional. While you might hear a "popping" sound—which is simply a natural release of gas bubbles from the joint—most patients find the process painless and deeply relaxing.

  • Every body responds differently, but many patients experience noticeable relief after just one or two visits. Our goal isn't to keep you in the office forever; we use an adaptive recovery model, meaning we adjust your frequency of care based on how quickly your body heals and stabilizes.

  • No, you do not. Chiropractors are primary-contact practitioners, meaning you can schedule an appointment directly with us. We often work alongside your other healthcare providers to ensure you’re getting a well-rounded approach to your recovery.

  • We believe in financial transparency. We accept most major insurance providers and will verify your benefits for you before your second visit so there are no surprises. For those without insurance, we offer affordable self-pay options to ensure that high-quality care remains accessible.

  • No 3 minute "rack and crack" interactions. Most visits average 30-45 minutes including adjustments, soft tissue work, and instruction.
